This PIN is relating to a consultation only. Taking account of changes in relevant law and policies since the current framework was brought into use, Scotland Excel is proposing to broadly use the same terms and conditions (T&Cs). This is on the basis that the current T&Cs were fully developed in partnership with stakeholders. If you wish to suggest any revisions to the present terms and conditions for the planned replacement framework please visit http://www.scotland-excel.org.uk/home/Resources/News.aspx Feedback will be used to inform the tender development process, however neither Scotland Excel nor any contracting authorities will be bound to accept any views stated. Participation in this exercise is voluntary. Any party whether providing feedback on the T&Cs or not will be able to participate in the planned tender process. Closing date for submission of comments is 11.8.2017. Residential Care. Care and Education. Short Breaks. Day Education.
