Tender description

The London Borough of Ealing is tendering to commission a single provider to provide an integrated 0-19 years Healthy Child Programme service in Ealing, led and delivered by health visiting and school nursing teams. The service also includes: — Delivery of the Family Nurse Partnership service in Ealing. — Renewal of a core health visiting advisory offer to Ealing's children's services. Services are commissioned in accordance with its public health duties and relating to the delivery of the Child Health Programme to the age group 0 to 19 population. The services will be expected to work as part of an integrated service that also comprises family support and therapies. The service will work at universal, targeted and specialist levels. There will be a strong emphasis on both health promotion and safeguarding children and young people as well as on effective delivery of the health visitor mandated items. The contract will be for 5 years with a possible extension of a further 2 years. Following a Competitive Dialogue Procedure under the Light Touch Regime the Council will appoint 1 supplier to provide a holistic service.
