Tender description
In accordance with the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) reforms from September 2014 Dorset County Council has a statutory responsibility to have all Statements transferred to EHCP’s by 31st March 2018. In order to comply with this responsibility a number of options are being explored by Dorset County Council. We have approximately 400 statements that require transferring to an EHCP which need to be completed by 31st March 2018. This expression of interest is to investigate the level of interest from the market as one of the options to fulfil this statutory responsibility. Therefore, you may or may not be contacted as a result of expressing an interest. This request for Expressions of Interest will be open until 17th July at 12:00pm. Keywords: Statement, EHCP, Transfer
