Tender for the Provision of a Self-Service Printing, Photocopying and Scanning system at Waterford Institute of Technology for WIT Diverse Campus Services Ltd

WIT Diverse Campus Service Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Waterford Institute of Technology (hereinafter called WIT Campus Services). It manages a number of services and facilities for the staff and student population of WIT. Such services and facilities include Catering, Sports & Social Club, WIT Arena, Sports Facilities, Student Accommodation, the WITCard, etc. The managed student printing and photocopying services at Waterford Institute of Technology is also part of the services provided by WIT Campus Services. WIT Campus Services is currently seeking to select a company to provide a managed print copy solution for Waterford Institute of Technology student population. This solution will also be used to support some staff departments of WIT Campus Services as per the requirements set out in this tender document. A supplier is required to partner with WIT Campus Services for these services with the possibility to extend within WIT in the future. The contract is divided into two lots, Lot 1 is for the student services while lot 2 is for the staff/departmental printing. Lot 1 will be implemented for September while Lot 2 may be implemented at a later date. Contract Award: National Business Machines Ltd
