Tender description
Nexus intend to let a concession to commercialise the use of the ducting infrastructure on Tyne and Wear Metro. Nexus is looking to let a concession with third party supplier(s) to commercialise its troughing and ducting asset adjacent to the Tyne and Wear Metro track on Tyneside. The Concessionaire will have the opportunity to utilise the assets owned by Nexus to enable commercial opportunities to maximise revenue-earning potential. It is envisaged that the concession will be let for a minimum of 10 years with a procurement process commencing in late 2017.
