Tender description

Cambridgeshire County Council has established a single contract providing both works and consultancy as a fully integrated highways service commencing on 1.7.2017. The Contract is available to District, City, Town and Parish Councils within the administrative boundaries of Cambridgeshire County Council on an individual call-off basis. The Contracting Authorities named in Paragraph I.1.above (other than Cambridgeshire County Council) might wish to access the contract for the provision of some or all of the services. None of these Authorities makes any commitment to use this contract, but all wish to retain the option to do so. Access to this contract by the Authorities named in Paragraph I.1.above will be subject to agreement with the Contractor and Cambridgeshire County Council. 1. Cambridgeshire County Council: Possible value approximately 60 000 000 GBP per annum. Date of commencement of contract: 1.7.2017. 2. Hertfordshire County Council: Possible value between 0 GBP and 40 000 000 GBP per annum. Might access the contract from: 1.10.2019 with possible limited access prior to that date. 3. Suffolk County Council: Possible value between 0 GBP and 50 000 000 GBP per annum. Might access the contract from: 1.10.2018. 4. Peterborough City Council: Possible value between 0 GBP and 20 000 000 GBP per annum. Might access the contract from: 1.10.2019. The maximum potential value for Cambridgeshire County Council only is 900 000 000 GBP. If all of the other above named authorities participate from the above dates, the maximum potential value for the contract is 2 380 000 000 GBP.
