St Helens Council Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Provision of 2 Health Kiosks

Tender description

Provision of 2 health kiosks within the St Helens area to help prevent, identify and manage disease in our population. It is anticipated that one of the health kiosks will be moved / relocated across various sites within the St Helens area. The successful bid will need to provide a kiosk that can (as a minimum): • Undertake physiological measures and capture demographic information (age, gender, smoking status, physical activity, family history, cholesterol filter, weight, BMI, body fat, blood pressure, heart rate (including rhythm) • Undertake key questionnaires such as QRISK2 and QDiabetes • Able to provide QStroke and QKidney upon release • Inclusion of any questionnaires as required by St Helens Council / CCG • Range of behaviour change tools • Provide signposting and / or risk management of lifestyle factors such as - Smoking cessation support, encourage exercise and physical interventions, healthy eating, weight management (this list is not exhaustive). • Provision of secure API to local systems, such as those in General Practice • Creation of secure personal profile for users to return to monitor measures • Link to websites such as NHS Choices and national campaigns such as One You • Offer local customisation and information to ensure users receive information tailored to their needs • Ability to mobilise kiosk to select locations across the borough • Method of ‘delivery tracking’ available to commissioner to assure timely placement of kiosk. • Provision of training to ‘Champions’ on how to use the kiosks at the respective locations • Be accredited to the following standards – ISO9001:2008 / ISO13485:2012 / ISO18001:2007 and ISO27001:2013. • Provide commissioners with reports on measures undertaken Keywords: health kiosks
