Booking system for Sessional Space — clinical and non-clinical space that can be booked by users. To include: — Web based booking — Open front end system allowing users to search for all space — GIS and filter search — Live system of available space — Property level info — pictures, maps, general info — Individual room info — pictures, map, spec — Secure user registration and vetting process — User categorisation allowing for varying levels of booking access — Ability for users to book, edit, cancel and pay for their bookings — Calendar view — Single and multiple booking capabilities — One-off and regular booking capabilities — Pricing — ability to set room / property / regional pricing — Multiple payment capabilities including online, credit card and BACS — Admin area with different user permission access levels — Integration with existing systems — Horizon and NAV — Management reporting functions — Utilisation/Booking/Value/Users There is also a requirement for room sensors. Development / hosting / management of a booking system for NHS Property Services Sessional Space Accommodation. Sessional space is clinical and non-clinical space that can be booked by users on an hourly, session, or daily basis. Functionality to include: — Web based booking system — Open front end system allowing potential users to search for all bookable space within portfolio — GIS and filter search capability — Live system of available bookable space — Property level information — pictures, maps, general information — Individual room information — pictures, map, specification — Secure user registration and vetting process — User categorisation allowing for varying levels of access and booking privileges — Ability for users to book, edit, cancel and pay for their bookings — Calendar booking view — Single and multiple booking capabilities — One-off and regular booking capabilities — Pricing — ability to set room / property / regional pricing — Multiple payment capabilities including online, credit card and BACs — Administration area with different user permission access levels — Integration with existing systems — Horizon and NAV — Integration with 3rd party room monitoring systems — Management reporting functions — including but not exclusive to: Utilisation / Booking / Value / User reports There is also a requirement for room sensors to detect occupancy which will feed information to the booking system. This will be tendered as a second lot and may be awarded together with the booking system or separately.
