NCH are looking for a new finance and HR integrated system. The system must have but not limited to the following: Integrated Payroll and HR system Data and Reporting must include trend analysis function Employee records — Plus capacity to upload and access electronic personnel files. Basic Learning and Development function. Ability to program in alerts i.e end of maternity pay etc. Managers/Employee Self- service portal Must be able to be accessed agilely/ web based. Open procedure for an integrated HR and Payroll system.
