Nottingham City Council wish to undertake a soft market testing exercise to canvass external providers of housing management software to potentially replace our existing housing management database. Nottingham City Council’s existing system is an end to end housing management database that predominantly supports social housing. By conducting this soft market test, we are looking to: • Understand what software offers are available in the market currently • Understand how the software is managed and maintained • Understand software hosting options • Reduce / limit corporate overheads and continual revenue expenditure Keywords: housing, management, software
