Devon County Council is the Contracting Authority acting on behalf of the following Partner Commissioning Agencies in Devon who require access to Sign Language Interpretation Services to support Deaf or Deafblind people: South Devon & Torbay Clinical Commissioning Group Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust Torbay Borough Council Babcock International The Contract is to be used to assist people who are Deaf/Deafblind to enable them to access the public services and support they require. This may include access to secondary or tertiary prevention services.
