This Contract is for the following services: — Access control — Patrolling — Call outs and alarms — CCTV monitoring — Utility Worker The Client reserves the right to amend the Specification or re-negotiate Price during the Contract Period to cater for innovation or developments in the Service requirement e.g. remote CCTV monitoring by Contractor. The Client reserves the right to purchase the following additional Services under this Contract during the Contract Period: — Remote monitoring of CCTV.
