Tender description
The opportunity to tender for NDA's recruitment provision is offered in 4 lots. Organisations are invited to consider and bid for the package(s) they believe they can effectively provide recruitment solutions for, on the basis that this is for the NDA and its subsidiary and site license companies and that they will be able to access the framework as and when required. However NDA does not guarantee any usage of this framework agreement by its subsidiaries or SLCs. Whilst there is no guarantee of expenditure the estimated value for NDA is ~ 500 000 GBP per annum and 2 000 000 GBP with the inclusion of expenditure by the wider NDA estate. Lot 1 — Grades 1-5 All job families. Lot 2 — Grades 6-10 Business Enablers. Lot 3 — Grades 6 - 11 Programmes and Projects. Lot 4 — Grades 6-11 Strategy and Technology.
