Prj No. 1512 - Fire Alarm Installation at Fairways Primary School

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to install a fire alarm at Fairways Primary School. A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Work Contract. Please note that the successful contractor (or their subcontractor) will need to hold a valid NICEIC Certificate and hold a third party certification to carry out work on a fire alarm system such as LPS 1014 Scheme, BAFE SP203 Scheme or equivalent. In order to access the opportunity to quote you must express your interest by registering on the Council's e-tendering system free of charge on the link below: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/southend/portal.nsf/index.htm It is anticipated that quotation documents will be available via the e-tender system on 9th June 2017 with a return date of 30th June 2017. You will receive an e-mail once you have registered to inform you that the quotation documents are available. The proposed commencement date of this project is 24th July 2017 and we anticipate a 6 week programme of works.
