The Authority wishes to award a framework agreement for the provision of a Voluntary Benefits Scheme(Everybody Benefits) and Salary Sacrifice Schemes The Council is seeking to provide employees with a service from which they can access discounts on goods and services and access to salary sacrifice schemes including childcare vouchers, green cars, cycle to work and other salary deduction schemes (net or gross pay) that might prove beneficial during the period of the framework contract. In addition, the provision of an employee recognition system to enable peer to peer and manager recognition, team recognition, with links to the discount platform where required, and. Provision of a Voluntary benefits System for employee discounts including employee recognition options. Provision of a Green Car Salary Sacrifice scheme. Provision of a Cycle to Work Salary Sacrifice Service. Provision of a Home Technology Salary deduction service. Provision of a Childcare Voucher Salary Sacrifice Service. Provision of a Health Care Cash Plan Scheme.
