Tender description

This is a new floating support service that will be ‘needs and assessment based’. It will focus on people over the age of 55 living in homes rented by registered providers and older people living in the community, who are eligible for housing related support. This floating support contract will provide approximately 170 hours per week. Potential providers must be able to demonstrate an understanding of needs assessments for housing related support as all existing tenants. New tenants will be referred to the Provider following a successful needs assessment.
