Jonas Court Main Fit Out Works

Tender description

The works comprise the fit out works for the refurbishment of Jonas Court into a boutique student hotel. The stripping out of internal partition walls, forming new structural openings, removal of fixed furniture, sanitary ware and kitchen fixtures and fittings, removal of ceilings and removal of floor finishes as well as some stripping out of the existing mechanical and electrical services shall be undertaken during the enabling works package. The main works will comprise installation of the new services along with provision of new fixtures fittings and finishes. Upgrades to the external parking will also be required.
