Canterbury City Council (\"the Council\") wishes to select and appoint on behalf of East Kent Housing a suitable supplier for the Installation of a New Heating & Hot Water System at Windsor House, Belmont Road, Whitstable, Kent CT5 1QN and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements. The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specification at APPENDIX A. It should be noted that by submitting a quotation, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for visiting the site to carry out a pre-tender survey to ascertain the conditions. Special attention should be to complete a pressure and flow test. It is advised that the Contractor visits the premise concerned before submitting their Quotation in order to determine they understand the requirements. Site Visit Appointments must be made via the Kent Business Portal. Full details and requirements are included within the Invitation to Quote documentation. Important Notice: Suppliers should in the first instance register themselves on the Kent Business Portal by following registration instructions. After registering suppliers are asked to express their interest in this opportunity, after which suppliers will be able to access and download all the required documents attached to this notice.
