IIT For provision of Conservation Services to National Library of Ireland

Tender description

The National Library of Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process in order to establish a multi-operator framework agreement for Conservation Services. The types of services which are likely to be required are described in Section 2.3. The services are grouped into 5 Lots to enable the National Library of Ireland to select appropriate service providers at the time of a mini-tender. There is no maximum number of Lots that tenderers can bid for. The duration of the framework agreement will be 4 years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any subsequent contracts entered into under the framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework. It is estimated that the value of all contracts under this framework over the period of the framework, depending on Budgetary Allocation, will be between €50,000 and €100,000. Contracts will be project specific, but may occasionally be fixed term and will require at least one of Lots one to five, or a combination of Lots one to five.
