Tender description
All of the information contained within this PIN does not constitute, and should not be construed as, any commitment by Public Health Wales to proceed with any aspect of this activity beyond the Engagement Day, to be held on 27.7.2017. All further activity is strictly subject to further internal approvals. New Born Hearing Screening Wales (NBHSW) is a national screening programme based in Public Health Wales. The screening programme delivers the Newborn Hearing Screening programme across Wales and is based in and operates within three regions, South East, South West, and North. The service is delivered both in hospital and a community setting. The programme currently uses a mixture of Otoports and ALGO3i's. The equipment to support the programme has been in place for seven years and will be considered for replacement as part of an equipment replacement programme. The supplier's engagement day is an opportunity to consider the next generation of equipment replacement.
