Tender description

The service will offer Croydon residents a safe, high quality and innovative provision of IAPT Services across Croydon. Primarily for people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties e.g. depression, anxiety, phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder. Therapeutic techniques include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT) and couples therapy, using the least intrusive method of care possible to treat people. This can include computerised CBT (cCBT) and guided self-help. The service will seek to increase access rates across Croydon over the life of the contract up to 25 % and is part of the NHS England's 5-year Forward View. The contract on offer is for 3 years with an option to extend this for up to a further 2 years (5 years in total). Invitations are now invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers, capable to deliver Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Service in Croydon. The service falls within scope of schedule 3 of the EU Procurement Directives and as such the CCG will not be held to the Directives except where they apply to Schedule 3 services. As such, a bespoke single stage procurement process will be used to identify the most capable provider offering best value for money. Registration on EU-Supply is Free.
