Tender description

Bournemouth Borough Council has appointed a supplier for Care and Support Services for any person with a Learning Disability and/or Autism living at Fairways Court who is entitled to receive services under The Care Act 2014 or through joint funding under NHS Section 117 funding arrangements with NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group. The Supplier will provide person centred care and support service for adults aged 18 years and over, or who are aged 16 and over, coming through transition into adult services, with a Learning Disability and/or Autism who are ordinarily resident in, or are the responsibility of, the Bournemouth Borough Council. Bournemouth Borough Council has appointed a supplier for Care and Support Services for any person with a Learning Disability and/or Autism living at Fairways Court who is entitled to receive services under The Care Act 2014 or through joint funding under NHS Section 117 funding arrangements with NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group. The estimated value of the contract is between 2 000 000 GBP and 2 500 000 GBP. The figure is an estimate and the Council can't guarantee that this value of business can be generated during the period of the contract. The contract is expected to be for 4 years with option to extend the contract annually for a further 2 years. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 3.7.2017.
