Festival of Learning 2018 & Organisation Support

UCL is planning to purchase the services of a provider who can provide support to the EDUCATE conference organisation team for the Festival of Learning 2018. Three International conferences will be co-located in London in June 2018 and these will form the academic heart of the festival. This service provider will provide key linkage with the academic community, conference attendees and the EDUCATE community, team and project. An EDUCATE showcase will also be a key element of the Festival of Learning 2018. The responsibilities of the role will be to act as the communication link between the Festival of Learning organisation team and the academic societies and community for the three conference learned societies. The responsibilities of the role will also be to act as the communication link between the Festival of Learning organisation team and UCL room bookings, and also the EDUCATE project team with respect to the EDUCATE showcase. The key contact for this supplier will be Prof Rose Luckin, Director of the EDUCATE project. It is planned that the provider for this stream of work will be appointed for 56 weeks from 4 September 2017 to 30 September 2018 on a one day per week basis.
