Tender description

Crown Commercial Service as the Contracting Authority has put in place a Pan Government Framework Agreement, for the duration of 3 years plus 1, for the provision of managed learning services for use by UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS Bodies and Local Authorities. The above Public Sector Bodies had a need for appointment of a single prime contractor, or a consortium with a lead supplier acting as prime contractor, to work in effective partnership with participating organisations by providing access to a range of high quality learning and development services and solutions designed to meet the needs of the Civil Service and UK public sector bodies, on a managed service basis.
