Council Print, Packaging, Post and Digital Mail Solution PIN Notice

Tender description

As part of a new digital programme, Bath & North East Somerset Council (B&NES) will be issuing tenders for a corporate Revenue & Benefits Print, Packaging, Post and Digital Mail Solution with a view to having a new contract in place by Summer 2018. This PIN Notice is to invite companies who wish to be considered to a soft market testing exercise to outline the Council's requirements and to discuss options. To submit an expression of interest and arrange a slot to present your solution on the supplier day, please contact Ginny_Howell@bathnes.gov.uk. Details of the event are as follows: 1 hour slots to include a 10 minute presentation and up to 15 minutes for attendee questions. Supplier presentations should cover a response to the high level requirements document which will be issued to you by Ginny Howell, resourcing and timescales for implementation and indicative costs.
