Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) has implemented a FrameworkAgreement of Specialist Consultants with experience in the design of secure accommodation within a mentalhealth context to facilitate delivery of their construction and refurbishment projects in line with their rolling annualcapital programme.
