Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust (Trust) is seeking a private sector partner (Partner) to support the development/ delivery of its estate strategy in line with the current and future clinical strategy, to optimise estate costs, maximise value of the estate and drive efficiency in its operations to include but unlimited to: — Implementation of the Trust's estate strategy; — Estates rationalisation; — Capital programme planning; — Master-planning; — Raising finance; — Strategic service transformation planning; — Procurement and project/contract management of services in relation to New Projects and Secondary Services. To provide Strategic Estates Services through a JV. Co-ordination and management of services via the JV may transfer to the Partner during the term. To provide assistance and support in procurement observing EU law. To provide assistance to the Trust in relation to any secondary procurement to services and an Integrator Role,in provision of operational project management. The opportunity is to provide a strategic, commercial, development, investment, project management and contract management role in delivering projects to support the Trust's clinical strategy. It is a non-exclusive arrangement and does not include the provision of directly delivering the design and construction aspects of New Projects or of Secondary Services themselves.
