YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of Incident Command Control Software System. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place orders directly with the provider on a ‘contract’ basis and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. YPO on behalf of a number of Fire Authorities is inviting tenders to provide and implement an intuitive Command Support Software System for the purpose of data retrieval and manipulation pre, post and during incident to facilitate training. The system will allow at incident data communications between mobile Command Units (CU) and designated sectors over a portable mesh network via ruggedized laptops, tablets or PCs to enhance incident management functions.
