Access to Employment - Skills Support for the Unemployed

We are looking expand our Access to Employment partnership which delivers a programme of support for adults (aged 19+) who are unemployed or 'inactive' in the Lancashire LEP area. The programme works with local employers to identify job and apprenticeship vacancies and to design bespoke pre-employment programmes to meet their skills and recruitment needs, providing employability and vocational training to help the target group to access those opportunities. This invitation to tender is for the Skills Support for the Unemployed Theme of the programme which supports adults to progress to employment. The deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12.00 noon on the 28th July 2017, please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
