Tender description

It is agreed between the Parties aforementioned that as from 1st April 2016 the rate card shall be replaced with a version that reflects the Working Minimum Wage as directed by Government Legislation. The rate card shall also reflect the last National Insurance reflected in the charge rate sent to the Customer by the Service Provider. This Variation is in accordance with Term 38.2 of the Framework Agreement.
