Tender description

This pricing review has four key objectives; To find ways of growing income from admissions to our attractions that includes reviewing price points and the current operation of Gift Aid. To simplify and streamline our pricing structure making it more appealing to our current and potential visitors, addressing time and value perceptions around Single Attraction and All Attraction tickets. To allow us to accommodate a more complex offer by considering other pricing models that include the sale of Mary Rose tickets. To enable us to better use pricing tactically to manage visitor peaks and flows and to target specific audiences.
