TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR EASTLANDS CAR PARK

Tender description

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is seeking to appoint mechanical and electrical engineering services for Eastlands Car Park. The Works comprise supply, installation and setting to work / commissioning of a new control panel and BMS system and associated supplies for the existing Eastlands Car Park Plantroom services. The works will include the stripping out and removal of the existing control panel. The existing plant equipment is to be maintained. New sensors, alarms and other BMS ancillaries are to be installed to the existing plantroom equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, AHU, etc. The Council is looking to have the works complete by the end of October 2017. Please note expressions of interest must be registered before 12:00:00 Wednesday 26th July 2017.
