Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (‘the Council’) is seeking the installation of mechanical and electrical engineering services for the Fairfields Arts Centre, Basingstoke. The requirement is to upgrade the heating & hot water mechanical services installation, in accordance with the design specification & drawings provided by RIDGE. The building comprises of ground and first floor levels. The ground floor consists of an office area, café, kitchen, theatre, gallery, classrooms and meeting rooms. The first floor consists of a privately owned and independent dwelling. Please note expressions of interest must be registered before 17:00:00 Monday 25th July 2017.
