Tender description

Bedford Hospital NHS Trust will carrying out works to its seeking to procure the rental of a Temporary Fully Managed Theatre Facility (including all fixtures, equipment and maintenance services) for Elective, Trauma and Orthopaedic Activity. This facility will be rented for up to 5 years, with a break clause after 2 years that allows the Trust to remove the facility at any time during the remaining contract period (when it is no longer required). The facility should be stand alone. The Trust will provide service to the building (such as electricity, water, waste). Keywords: Expressions of interest
