Tender description

Caerphilly County Borough Council (‘the Council’) recently invited tender submissions for the Provision of an end-to-end Lone Worker Solution and this Contract Award notice sets out the supplier awarded the contract for this procurement. It is important to note that although an estimated total value was stated in the contract notice that the Council is unable to commit to a specific spend for this call off arrangement and there is no guarantee or commitment of value or volume given by the Council. The contract has been awarded as a five (5) year call off arrangement and includes an option to extend for up to an additional three (3) years. The Council has also reserved the right to exercise the option to extend on a periodic basis e.g. either at twelve (12) or six (6) monthly intervals; however this will not exceed the full three (3) year extension option.
