Tender description

The Department of Education is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract for the provision of a Teacher's Pension System. As part of the preparation, Central Procurement Directorate, CPD, is running a Market Sounding exercise on behalf of the Department of Education, and are inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers, who may have an interest in this project, to complete the attached questionnaire at Appendix A to assist the Department of Education to gain a better understanding of: (a) The feasibility of their requirements. (b) The most appropriate approach. (c) The capacity of the market to deliver and (d) Any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. Detailed and lengthy submissions are not necessary at this stage. Any information provided, in response to this Market Sounding exercise, marked as commercially sensitive will be treated as such. The Department of Education is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract for the provision of a Teachers' Pension System. Any information gathered will be used in the development of a business case on the most suitable approach to meeting the operational and management needs of the Department of Education.
