Tender description
Havering Council is inviting expressions of interest in relation to the upcoming procurement for Care and Support Services in Extra Care Housing. As part of this process, we are seeking interested organisations to complete a short questionnaire in order to gauge market interest for this procurement. We will also use this information to inform the design of the service, tender documents and process. The upcoming procurement will include Care and Support Services for the 3 Extra Care Schemes in Havering. Havering Council's current model of Care and Support Services in Extra Care Housing comprises of 3 separate block contracts for each of the schemes, the key details of which are mentioned in the ‘additional information’ section below.
