Tender description

NITHCo/ Translink, comprising of Northern Ireland Railways, Metro, Ulsterbus and NITHCo, requires a competent contractor to provide a range of day and night time uniformed security guard services across a range of NITHCo and Translink properties throughout Northern Ireland. This includes a set of KPIs upon which the successful tenderer will be measured against during normal Contract Review and Management Processes throughout the term of any contract. The scope of requirements is for following security guard services: Car Park Security Guarding Ad-hoc Event Mobile Security Guarding Customer Service Security Guarding Group Property Security Guarding Under this procurement the contractor will be required to support the Client's social benefit objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate, in particular, to social considerations.
