SBC CP External Repair and Improvement Works to Plymouth Road Industrial Units

Tender description

Plymouth Road comprises 31 production/warehouse incubator units and the 3 colour coded buildings (red, yellow and blue) contain individual, small industrial type units. Under the lease agreement, Slough Borough Council is contracted to provide midlife maintenance and 'upkeep' works and following consultation with the leaseholders, and from our own commissioned surveys, the buildings require repairs and minor works as identified in the scope of works: Enabling Works, Hard Surfacing & Landscaping, Drainage and Works to Building Façade.
