Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations

Tender description

Provision of Electrical Maintenance Services Coventry University have a large amount of responsive and planned electrical services work and minor improvements to be carried out to its campus and associated properties each year. The scope of the agreement will cover all Coventry University current and future buildings. These include the main campus buildings, student accommodation buildings and also technology park buildings. Please see appendix B1 to 3 for further information. The contract period is to be an initial 36 months, should the contract prove successful and subject to satisfactory performance review and pricing policy during this period, then the contract period may be increased by 2 additional 12 month periods by mutual agreement.
