Tender description

The contracting authority would like tenders for manpower services within the following categories: — Administration; — Customer services; — Cleaning; — Finance; — HR (including consultancy services for recruitment processes — see the clarification in chapter D.2.1.5); — Other. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the hire of manpower services. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Mid Region covers Møre og Romsdal, Sør-Trøndelag and Nord-Trøndelag counties (from 1.1.2018 Sør-Trøndelag and Nord-Trøndelag counties will merge and become ‘Trøndelag’), and the framework agreement will cover the locations in these counties. The contract period will be 2 years from when the contract is signed, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1+1 year.
