A Development Framework setting out WFDC's vision for Lion Fields has been adopted in support of redevelopment in this area and a phased approach to delivery is proposed for the entire site. However, this invitation relates to Parcel 1 of Lion Fields which extends to approximately 3.10 acres and is offered as an opportunity to bring forward a new mixed use leisure and commercial development to anchor this regeneration area. A Development Framework setting out WFDC's vision for Lion Fields has been adopted in support of redevelopment in this area and a phased approach to delivery is proposed for the entire site. However, this invitation relates to Parcel One of Lion Fields which extends to approximately 3.10 acres and is offered as an opportunity to bring forward a new mixed use leisure and commercial development to anchor this regeneration area.
