Tender description

Establish a HEE key partner, deliver a high quality procurement service, meeting identified needs compliance with internal, Government, EU policies, procedures and regulations. Provide following services: Operational Procurement — Processing purchase orders, compliance checking electronic requisitions raised, challenging when required; raising purchase orders and increasing national use. Strategic Procurement — Compliance with the HEE Financial policies, sector regulator's guidance/PCR 2015. HEE Client advice and support to select/run compliant productive procurements. Observe NHS and HEE standard terms and condition. Develop/use innovative procurement tools, techniques and practices to deliver improved healthcare outcomes. Delivering best VfM, consider associated lifetime costs when purchasing services and goods. Delivery of procurement work plans; highlighting areas of risk and mitigation actions. Contract commences July 2017, for 3 years; potential extension for a 4th/5th year.
