Tender description

High Peak Borough Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor to deliver Roof Repair Works to Glossop Leisure Centre. The works include, full replacement of the existing flat roof coverings with a new insulated high performance profile roofing system together with other various remedial works, including replacement of roof mounted fans and heating flues. The existing concrete gutters have failed therefore presenting a potential health and safety issue due to sections of the concrete gutters detaching. These will require repairs and some sections replacing.
