Office LED lighting retrofit: Design and Supply

Bolton at Home, a registered social landlord in Bolton, is looking to retrofit the lighting in its office spaces to modern energy-efficient LED technology. Bolton at Home operates from a number of office locations including its Head Office, hosting 415 staff, a repairs and maintenance depot hosting 80 staff and several smaller offices. Outline proposals are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies to work with Bolton at Home to design lighting schemes and supply hardware for LED lighting retrofit. Proposals will be shortlisted and suitable companies then invited to submit fully detailed designs and plans, from which a final selection will be made. Bolton at Home has its own electrical team so this contract is for design, supply and commissioning (where appropriate) only of LED fittings and associated equipment. Installation will be carried out by BH’s in-house electricians. Interested suppliers should: 1. Register their interest against this advert on the Chest portal. 2. Download all appropriate documentation. 3. Register for and attend a site visit. 4. Clarify any questions. 5. Submit outline proposals.
