Tender description

Argo is an array of around 3 000 profiling floats that provide observations from the global oceans. The Met Office wishes to place Framework agreements to cover the provision of Argo Floats via the following Lots: Lot (No of Suppliers per Lot) Lot 1 Standard floats with Argos communications (One) Lot 2 Standard floats with Iridium communications (One) Lot 3 Floats with Iridium communications and additional *bio-geochemical sensors. (Three or more). Standard Argo Floats with Argos Communications. Standard Argo Floats with Iridium Communications. Iridium Float with Bio-geochemical sensors.
