Lancashire County Council is in the process of undertaking an exercise to potentially commission the Public Health 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (0-19 HCP) across Lancashire. Prior to the commencement of any potential procurement exercise, we wish to consult with valued stakeholders about the key elements of our plans.
