IT0100 Highways Asset Management Software

Tender description

Each Authority wishes to appoint a single contractor for the provision and maintenance of a Remote Hosted (contractor to host) Highways Infrastructure Asset Management System. This is being procured under the open procedure. The Authorities reserve the right not to conclude any Contract as a result of the current procurement process. Wiltshire Council and Oxfordshire County Council are carrying out a full open tender process to replace current systems each with their own instance of a highways infrastructure asset management system. Emphasis will be placed on mobile working, ease of use and asset analysis tools. The tender process is a joint procurement exercise the outcome of which will be the awarding of two separate contracts one with Wiltshire Council and one with Oxfordshire County Council. The service requirement will vary as each authority will have different needs from the asset management systems being procured, this is detailed within the specification. Keywords: Asset management
