JLL Hotels and Hospitality are currently advising Swansea Council and Rivington Land (Development & Project Manager) in relation to the development of a new midmarket hotel as part of the Swansea Central Development, and is pleased to offer the opportunity to brand and operate a hotel up to 200-bedrooms within the Swansea Central development. This represents a unique opportunity for a hotel group to brand/ operate a new asset in a strategic location, capable of capitalising on new corporate demand, as well as growing leisure demand in the wider region. Whilst we are approaching operators to gauge interest and inform design going forward, the Council are also seeking to exit ownership of the hotel via a site sale or forward commitment. The Swansea Central hotel provides an excellent opportunity for a hotel investor to acquire a prominent site or new build asset in a prime location, within a key regional city.
