Scottish Enterprise (SE) is seeking a supplier to provide a company sponsored cash benefits healthcare plan for our UK based staff. The contract will start on 1.8.2017 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend by 1 further year. The Open procurement process will be followed for this commission. Scottish Enterprise (SE) is seeking a supplier to provide a company sponsored cash benefits healthcare plan for our UK based staff. The following core services must be included in the offering: — Optical; — Dental; — Health and Wellbeing — alternative therapies such as Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology etc.; — Musculoskeletal Therapies i.e. Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Homoeopathy etc.; — Specialist Consultation i.e. investigative procedures, medical tests, scans, x-ray's, MRI's, Pathology etc.; — Cover for employees with any existing medical conditions; — Project Management — Reporting, Communications Plan, and provide literature throughout the duration of the contract and process the majority of claims with 72 hours with bank accounts being credited within a week.
